Massive hedges, small hedges, long hedges, anything hedge!!! As a fully qualified arborist, I am able to carry out all aspects of hedge work, at any height, these are a few of the most common tasks that I regularly carry out.

Hedge Trimming

This is the most common job that I carry out. It is important to keep your hedge regularly trimmed to maintain density, and form. A well trimmed hedge can transform the feel of a garden or environment.

Height Reduction

This is another common procedure. It is easy to miss a couple of years trimming and before you know it, the hedge has grown out of shape or started blocking out the sun! Most hedges can be brought back under control with some careful pruning. I can advise on what the options are for a particular hedge.

Hedge Removal and Planting

Sometimes it just is not feasible to reduce a hedge or maybe it has been over pruned over the years with large bare patches. I can remove any hedge and supply and replant a suitable replacement.
